Privacy Policy
Last updated October 23, 2026
Uptime & Spend is a trade name of MIKES FBA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy explains what I collect through uptimeandspend.com, why, and who processes it. Questions or requests: ops@uptimeandspend.com.
What I collect
- What you send me: your name, email, app URL, the builder you used, repo and test-login details, and what you describe in the intake form or by email.
- Booking details when you schedule a call through Calendly.
- Payment details are entered on Stripe's pages. I see the payment status and billing name, never your full card number.
- Anonymous usage data: page views and referrers through Berth's built-in site stats, which don't use cookies.
This site doesn't use advertising cookies, and there's no client portal or account system.
Why
To reply to you, scope and deliver the work, invoice for it, and understand which pages are useful. I don't sell your data or share it for marketing.
Processors
| Processor | Used for |
|---|---|
| Berth | Hosting, cookieless site stats, and storing intake form submissions |
| Resend | Delivering intake form submissions to my inbox |
| Zoho Mail | |
| Calendly | Booking calls |
| Stripe | Payments and invoices |
Client systems and data
When you give me access to your app, repo or cloud account, I use it only for the agreed work, with the least access that does the job (read-only where possible). I don't copy your users' data out of your systems. Access should be revoked when the engagement ends, and I'll remind you.
Retention
Intake and project emails are kept for as long as needed for the engagement and for tax and legal records, typically up to 7 years for invoices. Ask and I'll delete anything not required to be kept.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Email ops@uptimeandspend.com and I'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
